Spenser Koleen, a Fresno County native, is the next generation behind IPS Property Management. He earned his real estate license in 2019 and obtained his California broker’s license in 2025. His education includes coursework at Fresno City College, Fresno State University, and Butte College. Before real estate, Spenser led the customer service team at the Fresno Apple Store, building a strong foundation in business operations, technology, and client service. Linda Koleen

Linda Koleen was born and raised in New Jersey, and traveled across the country with corporate job transfers. She loves to do yoga, and has been educated at Montclair State College and through Dale Carnegie Professional Programs. She has worked as an Administration Manager, V.P. Sales, V.P. Marketing, and Director of Customer Satisfaction, giving her more than 17 years of large business management, negotiating skills, and an assertive approach to addressing her clients’ best interests. Ed Koleen is a lifelong resident of Fresno County and dedicated to strong family values and quality business principles. His education includes Fresno City College and Cal-Poly, San Luis Obispo. He continues to take courses to stay updated on the changes taking place in the real estate market, so he can better serve his clients. With his past work on residential property listing and sales, his personal involvement in investments, and his prior experience at owning and managing a business, he has the knowledge and business sense to handle all aspects of real estate and property management. Angel Rojas, a Central Valley native, grew up in the small town of Lindsay. After relocating to Fresno, she immersed herself in the real estate industry and obtained her license in 2022. Angel prides herself on her ability to understand a clients' needs and goals while being a trusted resource for all their questions. She is committed to continuous learning and improvement, always trying to leave things better than they were. Lindsey Valle

Lindsey Valle is a wife to her loving and supportive husband of twenty+ years and mother of three beautiful children. She was born and raised in the Central Valley by parents who were not only entrepreneurs, but Real Estate investors. This allowed for a free apprenticeship in Real Estate training that starting from a young age. She then broadened her education by obtaining a Certified Home Marketing Specialist Designation (CHMS) in Real Estate.
