Spenser Koleen, born in Fresno County, is the next generation of IPS and its dedicated values. Spenser’s education includes Fresno City College, Fresno State University and Butte College in Chico. Spenser obtained his Real Estate license in 2019, began to learn from the experience of IPS, and form a plan to connect the company with new unreached audiences. He previously served many years leading the customer service experience inside our local Fresno Apple Store. Spenser’s experience gives him the business sense and knowledge of technology and service; his previous business passions have paved the way for his career in real estate and property management. Linda Koleen was born and raised in New Jersey, and traveled across the country with corporate job transfers. She loves to do yoga, and has been educated at Montclair State College and through Dale Carnegie Professional Programs. She has worked as an Administration Manager, V.P. Sales, V.P. Marketing, and Director of Customer Satisfaction, giving her more than 17 years of large business management, negotiating skills, and an assertive approach to addressing her clients’ best interests. Ed Koleen is a lifelong resident of Fresno County and dedicated to strong family values and quality business principles. His education includes Fresno City College and Cal-Poly, San Luis Obispo. He continues to take courses to stay updated on the changes taking place in the real estate market, so he can better serve his clients. With his past work on residential property listing and sales, his personal involvement in investments, and his prior experience at owning and managing a business, he has the knowledge and business sense to handle all aspects of real estate and property management.
